Shipping: All orders received before 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped that same day. The majority of orders are shipped via the US Postal Service's Priority Mail so the average shipping time is generally 2-3 days to anywhere in the continental U.S. All shipping charges are shown for an order on the purchase page where you enter credit card information. There are no handling charges and if you want to see what it will cost to ship an order simple go through the order process until you come to the purchase page. Your order will only be processed if you press the purchase button so you can see what the shipping charges will be without having to make a purchase.

Problems With Order: We use a triple check shipping method that virtually gurantees the accuracy of your order. However, if something happens and your shipment is missing or contains the wrong product please E-Mail us at: INmanager@InterNUTRITION.com and we will ship you a replacement at no charge. If your shipment is damaged, again let us know as soon as possible and we will take the proper information to file a claim and ship you a replacement at no charge.

Out of Stock: We stock every single product that is contained in the InterNUTRITION™ store catalog. It is very rare for us to be out of stock however anything is possible. In the event that we are out of stock on an item that you ordered your invoice will indicate that the product is back ordered and the product will be shipped to you as soon as possible with us covering the shipping.
